This is why I got into Personal Training; to make people healthier, happier, and to improve their quality of life!"
 
Audrey Gygi is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Utah . She currently holds 4 Nationally recognized Personal Training Certifications; NASM, ACE, AFFA, and APEX. She is also certified in Post-Rehab for people with chronic diseases and disabilities. She has helped people recover from back, shoulder, hip, and knee surgeries as well as prepared clients for surgeries such as hip and knee replacements. She is a specialist in assisted stretching for people looking to improve their flexibility, increase range of motion, lower risk of injury, and/or improve sports performance in games such as tennis and golf.
 
Audrey's mission is to help people set and reach fitness goals by supplying knowledge and experience of the 7 key components of fitness:

Audrey has been into fitness and sports ever since she was a little girl. She started designing her own in-home workouts when she was about 10 years old and has loved fitness and working out ever since. She played many sports growing up including Volleyball, Swimming, Baseball, and Basketball. She loves all activities and currently participates in Volleyball, Golf, Tennis, Martial Arts, Yoga, Running, and Hiking whenever possible.
