of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and
the Baylor College of Sports Medicine (BCSM)—where he was enrolled in

rating with the Professional Tennis Registry, having held a position as
assistant pro for five years in his hometown of Houston, Texas.
As
a competitive runner, triathlete, and sub-3-hour marathoner, he has
first-hand sport-specific training experience with athletes in golf,
tennis, running, and biking.
Throughout his
career, Frederick has worked with a wide variety of clients, from young
adults to seniors, from business professionals to athletes. He views
his role as that of a “behavior modification specialist” and is
dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals by changing habits and
behaviors. He firmly believes that education, motivation, nutritional
guidance, and results monitoring are all integral components of an
effective, successful personal training program.
In
addition to his commitment to helping others reach their fitness
potential, Frederick has a passion for Native American history and
artifacts and enjoys running, tennis, and golf.
